I put three stars as I don’t want to affect the overall rating of this business with the rating I think I should give the firewood, 1star. Useless firewood. Soaking wet, I understand it has been raining, but putting it under over should be a priority. If you can get it lit at all it struggles to stay lit and doesn’t put out heat. I’ve spent 2 weeks freezing cold trying everything I can to get the wood dry and burning. May as well have paid the extra in electricity to run the heaters instead.

The guys here are so helpful and full of knowledge. We've gone in there so many times looking for advice and have always walked out being given superior customer service. Highly recommend

Had some paving bricks delivered via these guys as the agent for Midland Brick.They passed on the incorrect phone number to the delivery driver and the bricks were delivered over 350m away from where they were needed.Once I contacted them they basically washed their hands of it & said that they couldn't do anything even though it was clearly their mistake.Terrible customer service.Will never use them again & I urge any other builders to give them a miss.In reply to your response.Being sorry doesn't solve our problem.I live on a property of over 30ac in size, not a suburban block.Clear instructions were supplied but the driver was given the wrong phone number. By you.!Unfortunately this caused me to be unable to be notified of the delivery or where they should be placed.I agree, the driver can only use his best judgement.As for fixing the problem, you never mentioned 1 week but instead said weeks or up to a month" to have the bricks moved.This was rejected because I have the paving contractor booked for 10 days time. Great place, friendly staff and lots to look at, prices for soil etc. were better than other garden suppliers in Mandurah and they were able to arrange prompt delivery. Highly recommend.

Don't know who the grey haired old guy is there but he needs an attitude adjustment I have been here a few times now and each time he is around my husband and I have copped attitude ... Everyone else is lovely and have great customer service I love the products here but if this guy's attitude doesn't improve we will go elsewhere
