PERTH PEBBLES
The black coloured pebbles have been painted black (not a natural black) and after a few days under the sun they started to decolour. We purchased 46 bags and at home found some black pebbles were more grey than black. I am not sure how pebbles sold by other places would be but we are disappointed with the quality (decolouring) of the purchased 46 black pebble bags.
